West Coast IPA with a slight caramel hint from Melanoidin malt to balance some of the bitterness of typical WC IPAs, with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops yielding a bright profile of passion fruit and zesty lime, balanced by a firm, resinous bitterness.
