A Cold IPA brewed with soft Howell Mountain spring water, Colorado Malting Co's Scarlet Pilsner malt, 20% Napa grown Sonoran un-malted wheat, local Sonoma hops, fermented at 50-52°F and aged in a Foeder for one month.
